Stephone is a leader consultant at The Mattering Accelerator. Over the last twenty years, he has served as an organizational development consultant, business capture executive, business process improvement facilitator, project manager, and executive coach to US Government agencies and federal contractors. Stephone is known for his pragmatic and creative problem solving. He has a keen sense for identifying and alleviating pressure points which impede successful organizational performance.
Stephone earned a master's degree in European Science Technology and Society from Universiteit Maastricht, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with a minor in Industrial Engineering from the University of West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad. He holds the Project Manager Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute.
