Capella Fahoome, MAPP, MSOD

Capella has been influencing the culture of transient and permanent organizations for over 20 years and is committed to the relational experiences of individuals. She coaches and consults organizations to optimize performance through enhanced relationships. Her strengths include positive leadership, building trust, fostering creativity, stimulating engagement, and sharing best practices for managing and developing Generation Z. Capella is an Assistant Instructor at the University of Pennsylvania, a faculty teaching member of the University of Michigan School of Social Work, and the host of the leadership podcast When is Now. Capella grew up in Detroit and attended Detroit Public Schools. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Psychology and has a double master's from the University of Pennsylvania in Applied Positive Psychology and Organizational Dynamics. Capella is a consultant and executive coach, a member of the International Coaching Federation and Producers Guild of America, and is certified to administer and evaluate psychometric assessments and predictive indexes.

Carl C Jefferson, Ph.D., MSOD, MBA, PCC

Dr. Carl Jefferson is trained as an Organizational Psychologist, Psychometrician, and Personality Assessor who works with organizations to increase people's capabilities using human performance technologies, predictive assessment instruments, and THE MATTERING METHOD. Carl draws on his extensive experience in high-level corporate roles to design and facilitate a power skills curriculum, board retreats, and workshops that target supporting teams and leaders in evolving their mindsets to achieve positive organizational outcomes. Amrita Subramanian, PhD

For more than 23 years, Amrita has dedicated her career to helping organizations thrive amid crises. She is a trailblazer in the field of post-disruptive growth as a faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania and lecturer at the Wharton School of Business. As a consultant and executive coach, Amrita partners with clients to bring sustainable solutions to solve future problems. Areas of focus include sense-making of paradoxes in organizations, inter-group dynamics, intergenerational workforce productivity, and strategy design based on intercultural norms. As an author, speaker, and executive coach, Amrita aims to reach the masses with her message of intentional growth and hope.
